| Approve the 2015 Budget of the Waterloo Water Works and to have the City Clerk forward the appropriate documents to the Black Hawk County Auditor. |

| The Board of Trustees of the Waterloo Water Works approved the 2015 Budget at their regular Board meeting on November 26, 2014. |

| Waterloo Water Works revenue is primarily derived from the sale of potable drinking water. Those revenues pay for operations and capital improvements of the Waterloo Water Works. |
