Recommended Action:

Resolution approving CURA application from Tim Johnson for the construction of new storage buildings located at 712 Ansborough Ave., Waterloo, Iowa 50701, Valued at $210,000 and authorize Mayor and City Clerk to execute said documents.

Summary Statement:

The Planning, Programming, and Zoning Commission staff has reviewed this application and feels that the project qualifies for exemptions from taxes on the actual value added to Residential property under the Consolidated Urban Revitalization Area
