| This will allow us to remove and install new concrete seating area at Lincoln Park located at the intersection of East 4th Street and Mullberry Street. |

| Current recessed seating area is aging and not ADA compliant. Lincoln Park is a highly used park that hosts Friday'loo, BBQ'loo, Iowa Irish Fest and many other events and festivals. |
