| Planning has requested that we modify the hearing authority for the taxable bonds that were issued in the spring of 2018 to provide for the purchase of residential property for resale and also for the acquisition of property for commercial development. This action does not increase the amount of indebtedness. It simply provide for hearing authority for these purchases. |
