| Approve rates as recommended by the Leisure Services Commission at their 9-13-21 meeting. |

| The attached rate change proposal would raise the hourly contracted ice rate for the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 seasons from $175.00/hour to 190.00/hour and the non-contracted rate from $185.00/hour to $200.00/hour. Rates have not been raised for 3 seasons. Approving a 2 year rate allows user groups to budget accordingly. |
